Meet Aurelia - The Hands Behind Flo.
I have always been fascinated by the remarkable interconnectedness of the human body - both within itself and in its relationship with the world around it. That curiosity has shaped every stage of my professional journey.
My career in healthcare began as a pediatric physiotherapist, where I developed a deep appreciation for helping people regain movement, function and independence. Over time, I became increasingly interested in understanding why the body adapts in the ways it does, which eventually led me to osteopathy.
I completed my osteopathic training in Rome, Italy and have continued to expand my knowledge through more than a decade of study and professional development. My ongoing training includes Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation and the New Manual Articular Approach, developed through the work of Jean-Pierre Barral, alongside Musculoskeletal and Remedial Therapy.
Today, practising as a Manual Therapist, allows me to draw from this broad background to work with each person as an individual.
I consider myself an eternal student - always curious, always learning, and always interested in discovering more about us humans and what influences the way we move and feel.
Outside of manual therapy, I am a passionate cook and love exploring food and cuisines from all over the world.
Flo grew from a lifelong curiosity - a practice built on careful observation, clinical reasoning and a genuine appreciation for the remarkable capacity of the human body to adapt.
